Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please get in touch with us 48 hours before your session time; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $30 is due. Compassionate circumstances and illness exempt. Rescheduling of sessions within 24 hours incurs a fee of $5. Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled if you or your child are displaying signs of illness, including respiratory symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms or fever. The session can be rescheduled online if you wish for it to still go ahead. No cancellation or rescheduling fee will be incurred in this instance.
